Schedule: Monday–Thursday, approximately 6:00 AM–4:30 PM; overtime may be available or required on weekends.

Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Roller Machine Operator for a manufacturing facility in Ola, AR. This position will operate and monitor production machinery used in the manufacturing of metal components while ensuring products meet established quality standards.

Job Duties Include:

• Set up, operate, and monitor roller machinery.
• Load materials into equipment and remove completed parts.
• Monitor machine operation throughout the production process.
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished products for defects and proper specifications.
• Use measuring tools and gauges as required.
• Identify and report equipment, production, or quality issues.
• Maintain production records as required.
• Keep equipment and surrounding work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to perform repetitive work and remain attentive to machine operation.
• Ability to read measurements and follow production specifications.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Must pass all prescreenings.
