CNC Programmer (Ola Area)

Salary: DOE

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, approximately 6:00 AM–4:30 PM; overtime may be available or required on weekends.
Pay: Based on experience / TBD

Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer for a manufacturing facility in Ola, AR. This position will be responsible for programming, setting up, and supporting CNC equipment used in the production of precision-manufactured components.

Job Duties Include:

• Create, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs for production equipment.
• Set up CNC machines according to production specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, measurements, and work instructions.
• Make machine and program adjustments to maintain product specifications.
• Monitor production and inspect completed parts for accuracy and quality.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Troubleshoot machining or programming issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous CNC programming and/or CNC machining experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand measurements and tolerances.
• Familiarity with precision measuring equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot equipment or production issues.
• Must be dependable and able to work overtime as needed.
• Must pass all prescreenings.
