Custodian / Sanitation Associate

Job Overview
Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a full-time Custodian / Sanitation Associate in Menomonie, WI. This first-shift opportunity is ideal for individuals with previous cleaning, janitorial, custodial, or sanitation experience who enjoy maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
This position primarily performs cleaning and sanitation duties throughout both office and production areas. Once sanitation tasks are completed, there may be opportunities to assist in a packaging role as needed.
Job Duties
Responsibilities include:
- Mopping floors
- Vacuuming office areas
- Dusting throughout the facility
- Emptying garbage and waste containers
- Cleaning and restocking restroom supplies
- Scrubbing production floor surfaces
- Completing routine cleaning tasks on weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedules
- Following facility sanitation procedures
- Wearing required PPE while working in production areas
Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday through Friday
- 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
- $18.00 per hour
- Opportunity for schedule flexibility after training
- Work is performed in both office and manufacturing environments
- PPE required when performing tasks on the production floor
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial, custodial, sanitation, housekeeping, or cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow cleaning schedules
- Ability to maintain cleanliness standards throughout the facility
