Delivery Driver Responsibilities

As a Class D Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering products to customers throughout the local area. Responsibilities include:

• Driving a company delivery vehicle safely and responsibly
• Completing scheduled local delivery routes
• Loading and unloading products
• Making deliveries accurately and on time
• Providing professional customer service
• Completing delivery paperwork and records
• Following company safety procedures and DOT requirements
• Assisting with warehouse duties when needed
• Maintaining a clean and organized delivery vehicle

Class D Driver Qualifications

• Valid Class D driver's license
• Current DOT Physical Card required
• At least 1 year of delivery driving, warehouse, or related experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
• Ability to work in different weather conditions
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently
• Good communication and customer service skills
