We are hiring an experienced Installation Manager for a growing flooring company in East Portland. This leadership role oversees daily flooring installations, coordinates crews and schedules, and ensures quality service for apartment communities throughout the greater Portland area.
Lead daily assignments and coordinate workflow for installation crews
Manage the installation calendar and installer schedules
Coordinate job-site inspections with the Operations team
Monitor installation quality and address service concerns
Maintain OSHA and safety compliance across crews
Assist with warehouse operations and morning load-outs
Work directly with customers to resolve installation issues
3–5 years of flooring industry experience; leadership experience preferred
Strong leadership, scheduling, and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Forklift certification is a plus; training is available
Ability to work rotating Saturdays
Comfortable visiting job sites and lifting flooring materials and tools as needed
