Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Handyman/Maintenance Technician!

 

Pay: $20-24/hr DOE
Schedule: M-Th from 7am to 5:30pm, OT on Friday's and/or Saturday's occasionally

 

Job Summary:

• General home repairs: fix loose cabinets/doors/locks, drywall patches, minor carpentry, and seasonal upkeep
• Light plumbing and electrical: fix leaky faucets, clogged drains, repair toilets, etc.
• Property cleanups/turnovers
• Use phones for communication and to take photos
• Emergency support: participate in light, rotating after-hours on-call schedule (this is rare and usually seasonal)
• Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

• Driver's License and reliable transportation (will receive gas reimbursement)
• Previous experience
• Comfortability interacting with customers
• Ability to lift up to up to 50 lbs. repetitively
