Finance Specialist Position

Located in Clarksville, TN

Salary: $28.00 / hr.

Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking experienced candidates for a Finance Specialist position with a Leading Manufacturer. This position will pay $28.00 per hour, and hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare money transfers
• Check the remittances in the banking software
• Check selective items from a general ledger account
• Prepare documents related to the export LC (Letter of Credit) and send them to the bank
• Review bank statements and file them accordingly
• Prepare daily and monthly financial reports
• Monitor and resolve AR aging
• Update and maintain suppliers’ data; handle customers’ accounts
• Provide critical insights into future expenses through detailed analysis and forecasting
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Must have Bachelor's Degree
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred
• Must have 2 years related experience 
• Previous experience in Manufacturing is preferred
• Able to lift up to 5lbs.
