Concrete Mold Setter/Form Carpenter 

Pay: 17+ depending on experience
A prefabricated building system manufacturer that specializes in electrical substation control buildings and communication shelters is 
seeking an experienced Concrete Mold Setter that can immediately contribute to increasing capacity within our Concrete 
Department. 
Minimum age and education: 18 years old 
Job Description: 
As a Mold Setter with Modular Connections, you should be able to interpret blueprints and drawings to determine 
layout of mold beds, rebar, and block outs. You should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, have a working 
knowledge of concrete pouring and be able to work as a team. 
Responsibilities: 
• Setup forms and prepare mold beds to be used in the casting of concrete buildings 
o Use tape measure to ensure mold beds are set up according to blueprint/drawings 
• Utilize hand and power tools as directed 
• Assist as a team to pour, then level the concrete to proper specs and finishes 
Requirements: 
• High school diploma and valid driver’s license 
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check 
• Must be able to expertly read tape measure and blueprints 
o This position requires constant use of tape measure and blueprints 
• Working knowledge of construction math, hand/power tools 
• Forklift skills are a plus 
• Self-sufficient and self-motivated, willingness to perform all tasks 
• Ability to perform job specific physical requirements under the specified working conditions: 
o work on knees and can lift 50lbs 
o willing to work in an outside environment when necessary 
• Willing to learn and perform any assigned tasks: 
o Cleaning molds and working environment 
o Handling rebar and wire mesh 
• Willingness to work overtime as needed, including weekends and have timely transportation 
• Ability to stay until tasks are finished properly 
• Job requires PPE including steel toed or EH composite toed shoes/boots
