Concrete Patcher 

PAY: 17+ Denpending on experience
Prefabricated building system manufacturer that specializes in electrical substation control buildings and 
communication shelters is seeking an experienced Concrete Patcher that can immediately contribute to increasing 
Production and Efficiency while maintaining quality within our Plant. 
Minimum Age: 18 Years Old 
General Job Description: 
• Follow Guidelines to Maintain a Safe Working Environment 
• Correct Concrete Defects after Cast using proper Patch and Repair Methods 
• Drill Necessary After Cast Holes within products when Needed 
• Work with Mortal/Cement Material to Create Patch 
• Wet Concrete Surface, and runs with stone to smooth Surface and Obtain specified finish 
• Utilize hand grinder to cut and/or smooth Concrete Surface 
• Select Proper Aggregate to Correct Finishes as Necessary 
• Perform additional Tasks as instructed by Supervisor including Clean-Up and Housekeeping 
Tasks  
Requirements: 
• High School Diploma  
• Valid Driver’s License 
• Ability to Pass a Drug Screen and Background Check 
• Ability to perform job specific physical requirements under the specified working conditions 
including, but not limited to: 
o Able to Bend, Stoop, Work on Knees, and Lifting 50 lbs  
• Minimum of 6 Months Experience Working with Concrete (Experience with PreCast Preferred) 
• Working Knowledge of Basic Construction Math, Familiarity of hand and power tools, general 
knowledge of blueprints 
• Willing to Perform any assigned Task  
• Self-Sufficient and Self-Motivated 
• Reliable and Timely Transportation  
o Strict Start of Day at 7:00 AM  
• Willingness to Work Overtime as Needed, Including Weekends  
o Ability to Stay until Tasks are finished Properly – Flexible End of Day (Jobs May Require 
Staying Past 3:30 PM)
