This position starts in CNC operations and manufacturing while providing a structured pathway into specialized rollforming equipment operation and company-sponsored CDL training.

Starting Pay

• $17.00 - $18.00 per hour DOE
• Temp-to-hire
• Advancement to approximately $20.00 - $22.00 per hour as training milestones and CDL qualifications are achieved

• Gain experience transporting and setting up equipment

Phase 3: CDL Rollform Operator

• Obtain CDL through company-sponsored training
• Transport equipment to project sites throughout the U.S.
• Operate rollforming equipment in both shop and field environments
• Take advantage of opportunities to earn additional income on prevailing wage projects

• Recent CNC Machining or Manufacturing Technology graduates encouraged to apply
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to read measurements, blueprints, and work instructions
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a CDL
• Willingness to travel occasionally for project work

Requirements

To be considered, candidates must:

• Have a genuine interest in obtaining a CDL and growing into a field-operations role
• Be able to pass a background check
• Be able to pass a DOT physical
• Be able to pass drug testing requirements
• Maintain a driving record that supports CDL qualification and interstate travel
