Finance Coordinator

Salary: $24.00 / hour

Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking experienced candidates for a Finance Coordinator position with a Leading Manufacturer. This position will pay $24.00 per hour, and hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accounts payable are paid in a timely and accurate manner
• Examine and analyze financial statements, company credit cards, bank statements, or other financial reports 
• Reconcile purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
• Reconcile monthly statements, budgets and journal entries
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and reporting requirements
• Perform SOX audit as directed by managers, including but not limited to gathering samples and organizing for submission for review
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Possess High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is preferred
• Must have related experience or previous manufacturing experience
• Able to lift up to 5lbs.
