We are seeking an Entry-Level Robot Welder for a full-time manufacturing opportunity. This is a great position for someone recently out of welding school or with 1–2 years of welding experience who wants to continue developing their welding skills.

Position Summary

The Robot Welder will set up and operate welding equipment to fabricate, repair, and weld metal components according to specifications. Candidates should have a basic understanding of MIG/TIG/Stick welding and be comfortable working with welding equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Essential Functions

• Set up and operate welding equipment
• Perform welding according to required specifications
• Assist with fabrication and repair of metal components
• Maintain accurate machine settings and weld quality
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Inspect completed welds for accuracy and quality

Skills & Experience Required

• Basic knowledge of MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding
• Ability to safely set up and operate welding equipment
• Welding school graduates are encouraged to apply
• 0–2 years of welding experience
• Dependable with a willingness to learn
• High school diploma/GED required
