We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Counter Sales Representative to join a growing team. This is a dual-role position that combines warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, customer service, and counter sales responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, forklift skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to accurately process orders and receive incoming shipments using company software.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely to move, load, unload, and organize inventory
• Receive incoming shipments and verify products against purchase orders
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control procedures
• Process customer orders using company software and internal systems
• Assist customers at the sales counter and provide excellent customer service
• Pull, stage, and prepare orders for pickup or delivery
• Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory, or material handling environment
• Forklift experience required
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and navigate company software
• Experience processing orders, receiving shipments, and maintaining inventory records
• Ability to work in both a warehouse and customer-facing environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license required
