• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Seat guests and manage the seating/waiting area.
• Answer questions about the menu, food options, and services.
• Take reservations or manage the guest waitlist, depending on the location.
• Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to coordinate guest needs.
• Keep the host stand, dining area, and entrance clean and organized.
• Assist with setting and clearing tables when needed.
• Handle guest concerns and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
• Help maintain a positive and welcoming dining experience.
