AutoCAD Technician / Drafter

Location: Chickasha, OK
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Pay: $18-$28/hour DOE

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented AutoCAD Technician/Drafter to join our team in Chickasha, OK. The ideal candidate will create and revise technical drawings, collaborate with engineering and production teams, and ensure designs meet project specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and maintain AutoCAD drawings and schematics.
• Interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and field measurements.
• Prepare detailed layouts, plans, and as-built drawings.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and production personnel.
• Maintain drawing revisions and documentation records.
• Assist with project planning and design updates as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD required.
• Associate degree or technical certification in Drafting, Design, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of AutoCAD drafting experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SolidWorks, Revit, or other CAD software.
• Manufacturing, construction, oil & gas, or industrial drafting experience.
• Knowledge of drafting standards and engineering principles.
