We are recruiting a Customer Care & Order Processing Specialist to join a local business, where you’ll help customers place orders, track shipments, and resolve warranty issues. If you love accuracy, communication, and keeping things running smoothly, this role is for you.

 

You Will:

• Process Orders quickly and correctly
• Support customers with product questions and order updates
• Manage warranty claims from start to finish
• Keep detailed, organized records
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

You Bring:

• Sharp attention to detail
• A positive, customer‑first attitude
• Zero tolerance for lateness or absenteeism
• Comfort working with computers and order‑entry systems

Details:

• Monday–Friday schedule
• $20/hour
• Stable, long‑term opportunity

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
