KITTING & INVENTORY SPECIALIST NEEDED

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Kitting & Inventory Specialist for a manufacturing company in San Diego. This is a full-time opportunity for someone with experience in inventory control, kitting, receiving, material handling, or manufacturing.

Pay: $25-$29/hour, based on experience

What You'll Do:

• Receive, count, and verify incoming materials
• Pick, kit, stage, and deliver materials to Production
• Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions
• Organize raw materials, components, and WIP
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages
• Use ERP/MRP or inventory management systems
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks when trained and authorized

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in inventory, kitting, warehouse, receiving, or manufacturing
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to read work orders, BOMs, labels, and packing slips
• ERP/MRP or barcode scanning experience is a plus
• Forklift experience is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday
• Ability to lift/move materials up to 50 lbs.
