Manufacturing Associate - Packaging & Production

Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM; potential overtime available
Location: Menomonie, WI
Employment Type: Temporary assignment (1-2 months)

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Manufacturing Associates for immediate openings in Menomonie, WI. We have five temporary openings available to support increased production and packaging demand. These positions are expected to last approximately 1-2 months, with potential long-term opportunities for dependable, high-performing employees.

What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will assist with manufacturing, production, packaging, labeling, and product handling activities in a fast-paced team environment. Responsibilities may include:

• Packaging and labeling products
• Assisting with production processes
• Performing quality checks on products and packaging
• Completing required production documentation
• Transferring materials and products as needed
• Assisting with cleaning and sanitation of work areas
• Supporting daily manufacturing operations as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform repetitive-motion tasks
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous manufacturing, production, factory, warehouse, packaging, or assembly experience is helpful but not required
