Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate driver schedules, cargo dispatch, and route tracking to ensure timely deliveries

• Perform data entry and manage dispatch records and driver documentation

• Respond to phone calls and assist drivers with updates and changes

• Support the bookkeeping department with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Previous dispatching experience required

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)

• Proficient in data entry and document management

• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
