We are seeking a skilled Residential Drafter with a passion for design and customer relations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients and the construction team to bring residential projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced drafting software to create detailed residential plans and designs.
• Review and analyze bids and construction plans to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Work directly with clients to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into designs.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to refine project details.
• Maintain organized documentation and project records.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in residential drafting or a related field.
• Software Proficiency: Extensive experience with drafting software
• Skills: Strong ability to review bids and plans critically.
• Personality: Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor; this is a customer-facing role.
