Residential Project Estimator | $70,000 - $80,000 +

Located in Fargo, ND

We are seeking a detail-oriented Residential Project Estimator with a keen eye for accuracy and a passion for project management. In this role, you will work closely with clients and the construction team to ensure projects are estimated accurately and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential construction projects.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and budget constraints.
• Review bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Maintain organized documentation and records of estimates and project changes.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in residential estimating or a related field.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with estimating software and construction management tools.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex plans and specifications.
• Personality: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; this role requires effective client interaction.
