Our client is looking to hire Production Operators.

 

Duties & Requirements of Production Operators

• Complete all required packaging on the production side, including portioning, weighing, wrapping, sealing, labelling, and date coding of finished product.
• Operate and change over packaging equipment, and verify product weights, labels, and code dates for accuracy before product moves to storage.
• Assemble cases, palletize finished product, and move it to the correct cooler or freezer storage location.
• Complete sanitation logs and packaging documentation accurately and on time.
• Present equipment and areas for pre-operational inspection by the Sanitation Lead and correct any deficiencies identified.
• Adhere to personal hygiene, PPE, WHMIS, and lockout/tagout requirements at all times.
• Report sanitation failures, product quality deviations, food safety concerns, and equipment issues to the Sanitation Lead immediately.
• Cross-train across sanitation and packaging tasks to support scheduling flexibility
• Able to lift 50lbs

Hours & Compensation of Production Operators:

• $19/hour
• Day shift, Monday to Friday
