Welding Engineer Needed!

A manufacturing company in Fort Worth is looking to add an experienced Welding Engineer to their team!

Shift: Monday to Friday, 1st shift

Pay: $80,000–$110,000/year

Welding Engineer Responsibilities:

• Develop welding procedures and processes for production
• Work with steel, stainless steel, cast materials, and other metals
• Troubleshoot welding and fabrication issues
• Develop and improve welding methods and equipment
• Make sure welding procedures meet required specifications and codes
• Assist with welding inspections and welder certifications

Welding Engineer Requirements:

• Previous welding engineering or manufacturing engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of welding processes and procedures
• Experience working with welding codes and specifications
• Able to develop and document welding procedures
• Experience troubleshooting welding problems in a manufacturing environment
• Engineering degree preferred
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience
