Job Title: Landscaper/Groundskeeper

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 2:30pm, Friday 7:30-10:30am (paid lunch)

Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Description:

Our client is looking for a Landscaper/Groundskeeper to help maintain the beauty and safety of gardens, parks, and other outdoor spaces. This role is responsible for ensuring healthy plant growth, maintaining landscaped areas, and keeping all assigned grounds clean and well-kept.

Responsibilities:

Litter cleanup across all public areas and grounds
Turf maintenance, including mowing, trimming, fertilizing, and general care
Trimming and pruning of shrubs, groundcover, and other plantings
Clearing drains and ensuring sidewalks are free of debris and tripping hazards
Maintaining, repairing, and adjusting irrigation systems and equipment
Fire-fuel reduction around buildings and throughout public spaces
Planting shrubs, trees, seasonal flowers, and ground covers
Following all property safety guidelines and quality standards
