Express is hiring a CNC Machinist for a facility in Greensburg!

$20-$35/ hour!

Duties:

• Machine parts in a manufacturing facility
• Identify and correct root cause of issues
• Operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to produce metal parts
• Review electronic or written blueprints or specifications for a job
• Calculate where to cut or bore
• Shape steel, aluminum, and other material
•   Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines such as HAAS vertical mills, lathes, and grinders
•  Ability to single-punch, notch, deburr, countersink, saw, counterbore, drill, and tap material according to the blueprints.  
• Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines such as HAAS vertical mills, lathes, and grinders.
• Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut.
• Set up and operate conventional, special purpose, and computer numerical control (CNC) machines. HAAS experience preferred.
• Other duties as required

Qualification:

• Good manual dexterity
• Running 3 HAAS Lathes
• 2-3 years Machinist experience
• G-Code programming experience preferred 
• Reliable
• High School Diploma or GED
