OVERVIEW

Express is seeking a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our real estate maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in general property upkeep, landscaping, power washing, and basic plumbing repairs. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, attractive, and well-functioning residential and commercial properties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform property maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs.
• Power wash buildings, sidewalks, driveways, patios, and other surfaces.
• Maintain lawns, landscaping, and outdoor areas.
• Handle basic plumbing repairs and fixture replacements.
• Perform minor carpentry, painting, drywall, and touch-up work.
• Identify and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain tools and equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year previous property maintenance, landscaping, handyman, or repair experience.
• Basic plumbing and general repair skills.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Dependable, professional, and quality-focused.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working with tools.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
