Large Format Digital Print Operator
Fort Lauderdale, FL | $22-$26/hr (DOE) | Full-Time

A custom fine art and framing production shop in Fort Lauderdale is hiring an experienced Large Format Digital Print Operator to run UV flatbed and HP roll printers in a 100% digital shop — producing color-accurate work for hotels, cruise ships, and designers nationwide. Please note: this is not a traditional press environment; candidates with only offset experience won't be a fit.

What You'll Do:

• Run UV flatbed and HP roll printers across a full shift, keeping jobs on schedule
• Print on a wide range of substrates: canvas, paper, acrylic, metal, wood, and rigid boards
• Prep files for output — sizing, bleed, nesting, and basic color adjustments
• Match color to proofs, maintain consistency across long runs, and inspect every piece before framing
• Perform daily maintenance and troubleshoot banding, color shifts, and adhesion issues independently

What You Need:

• 2+ years hands-on experience with UV flatbed and wide-format roll printers (required); HP Latex or DesignJet a plus
• Proficiency with RIP software (Onyx, Caldera, or similar), Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong eye for color and ICC profile basics
• Able to independently manage a full day's print queue with speed and care
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for a full shift; fine art/giclée or décor production experience a plus
