Position: Blow Mold Operator

📍 Location: Manufacturing Facility
🕒 Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts Available
💰 Competitive Pay Based on Experience
🏭 Manufacturing / Production Environment

What You'll Do:

As a Blow Mold Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating blow molding equipment to produce high-quality plastic products. Daily responsibilities include:

✅ Set up and operate blow molding machines according to production specifications
✅ Monitor machine settings, temperatures, and production cycles
✅ Start and maintain material flow and cooling systems
✅ Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
✅ Remove molded products and trim excess material as needed
✅ Regrind and recycle scrap material
✅ Maintain machine cleanliness and organized work areas
✅ Keep production materials stocked and readily available
✅ Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

✔ High School Diploma or GED preferred
✔ Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
✔ Ability to read, write, and understand English
✔ Strong attention to detail and quality standards
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

✔ Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
✔ Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping
✔ Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
✔ Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

Position Overview

As a Production Assembler, you'll play a key role in the manufacturing process by assembling products, maintaining quality standards, and helping meet production goals. We're looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in producing quality work. The role involves assembly work using hand and power tools, following SOPs, reading bills of materials, inspecting finished products, and maintaining a safe, organized work area. 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assemble products manually and with hand or power tools. 
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and customer specifications. 
  • Read and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs). 
  • Inspect products for quality before moving them to the next production stage. 
  • Meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining accuracy. 
  • Report equipment issues and production concerns promptly. 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. 

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred. 
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 
  • Ability to read and understand instructions written in English. 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. 
  • Good manual dexterity and ability to work with tools. 

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift. 
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
