Position: Blow Mold Operator

📍 Location: Manufacturing Facility
🕒 Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts Available
💰 Competitive Pay Based on Experience
🏭 Manufacturing / Production Environment

What You'll Do:

As a Blow Mold Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating blow molding equipment to produce high-quality plastic products. Daily responsibilities include:

✅ Set up and operate blow molding machines according to production specifications
✅ Monitor machine settings, temperatures, and production cycles
✅ Start and maintain material flow and cooling systems
✅ Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
✅ Remove molded products and trim excess material as needed
✅ Regrind and recycle scrap material
✅ Maintain machine cleanliness and organized work areas
✅ Keep production materials stocked and readily available
✅ Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

✔ High School Diploma or GED preferred
✔ Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
✔ Ability to read, write, and understand English
✔ Strong attention to detail and quality standards
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

✔ Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
✔ Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping
✔ Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
✔ Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
