Job Description

We are seeking a driven, experienced Outside Sales Representative to develop new business throughout the Shreveport/Bossier City market. This is a field-based sales position for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and turning new opportunities into long-term customers.

This role offers a $14/hour base salary plus commission, with significant earning potential for strong producers. Top-performing sales representatives earn $100,000+ annually.

The ideal candidate has previous sales experience, is comfortable initiating conversations with new prospects, and is motivated by a compensation structure that rewards performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business throughout the Shreveport/Bossier City market
• Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calling, in-person visits, networking, and referrals
• Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with business owners and decision-makers
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective customers
• Develop strong relationships with new and existing accounts
• Identify customer needs and present appropriate products and services
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications
• Negotiate and close new business
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
• Consistently meet or exceed sales activity and revenue goals
• Represent the company professionally throughout the local business community

Requirements

• Previous sales experience required
• Outside sales, B2B sales, territory sales, or business development experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to prospect and develop new business
• Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face prospecting
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
• Goal-oriented and motivated by commission-based earnings
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Familiarity with the Shreveport/Bossier City business community is a plus
