About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to support daily warehouse operations for a leading distribution environment in the San Jose area. This position is responsible for receiving, picking, and shipping products while maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, productivity, and safety. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork and operational excellence.

Duties

Receive incoming shipments and verify products against purchase orders and packing slips
Inspect products for accuracy, quality, quantity, and potential damage
Record lot and date codes and maintain accurate inventory documentation
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
Operate warehouse equipment including RF scanners and pallet jacks
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Meet productivity, attendance, and quality expectations
Assist in other warehouse functions as needed through cross-training

Requirements
Previous warehouse experience required
Experience with shipping and receiving operations required
Ability to accurately count inventory and perform basic math calculations
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to use RF scanners and pallet jack equipment
Ability to perform bending, light lifting, and extended periods of sitting or standin
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
