Lube & Tire Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and routine vehicle maintenance
• Rotate, mount, balance, and repair tires
• Check and maintain fluid levels
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections and identify maintenance concerns
• Inspect tire tread depth, air pressure, and overall tire condition
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate findings professionally

Qualifications

• Previous automotive, tire, lube, or mechanical experience preferred but not required
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Willingness to learn and grow within the automotive industry
• Valid driver's license preferred
