Job Duties

• Perform general construction and site preparation work
• Use hand tools including shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, picks, and concrete tools
• Operate power tools such as cut-off saws, chainsaws, plate tampers, and transits
• Assist with concrete, excavation, grading, and utility projects
• Operate equipment including skid steers, excavators, tracked buggies, dump trucks, and trailers
• Load, unload, and transport materials as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Follow all company safety procedures and regulations

Qualifications

• Previous construction, landscaping, excavation, or labor experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and equipment operation is a plus
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Willingness to learn new skills, techniques, and processes
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
