Industrial Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

A family-owned Rockdale manufacturer is seeking motivated Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join their growing team on 3rd shift. Shift:

• 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete repairs as needed
• Assist with continuous improvement projects to reduce equipment downtime
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Work independently and as part of a maintenance team
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance protocols
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Work Environment

This is a hands-on industrial maintenance role in a manufacturing setting. Candidates must be comfortable:

• Working around machinery and production equipment
• Standing, walking, climbing, crouching, kneeling, and performing physical labor
• Lifting 50+ lbs occasionally
• Working in hot and cold temperatures
• Working in a greasy environment with strong odors

Qualifications

Required:

• 1+ years of mechanical maintenance experience OR trade school training
• Basic troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to work safely in an industrial environment

Preferred:

• High school diploma or GED
• Technical or trade school certification
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
