Job Duties:

• Answer questions from customers and service providers
• Use knowledge to understand client’s problems and explain their needs to staff for satisfactory service delivery
• Schedule appointments, process orders, monitor delivery and handle customer complaints

Qualifications:

• 1 year or more in similar field
• Great Communication skills
• Some knowledge in tractors & equipment would be preferred
