Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $18–$21/hour DOE

About the Opportunity

We are hiring a dependable Yard Attendant to support a busy vehicle processing operation. While this position will initially begin as a contract assignment, there is potential for it to develop into a long-term, direct-hire opportunity for the right person who demonstrates reliable attendance, a strong work ethic, and consistent performance.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active throughout the day, and working in an outdoor/yard environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Process incoming vehicles according to established procedures.
• Take detailed interior and exterior vehicle photos using a company-provided cell phone.
• Accurately document vehicle condition, features, and required information.
• Locate and move between vehicles throughout the yard while managing your assigned workload.
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure information and photos are captured correctly.
• Maintain an organized and efficient workflow throughout the day.
• Consistently follow all safety and PPE requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are extremely important.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of daily responsibilities.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with limited supervision.
• Comfortable staying active and working in an outdoor vehicle yard environment throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
• Comfortable using a smartphone or mobile device for photos and documentation.
• Previous automotive, warehouse, yard, lot attendant, general labor, inventory, or outdoor work experience is helpful but not required.

Requirements

• Steel-toe boots required.
• Additional safety vest/PPE will be provided.
• Ability to walk, bend, stand, and move consistently throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse setting and around vehicles.
• Dependable transportation and consistent attendance.
