Bilingual Receptionist – Join Our Staffing Team!

Full-Time | Monday–Friday 8am-5pm

Are you friendly, organized, and great at working with people? Do you speak English and Spanish? We’re looking for a Bilingual Receptionist to join our staffing team!

As the first person our applicants and employees meet, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying busy, and being part of a team.

💼 What You'll Do

• Welcome applicants, employees, and visitors with a friendly attitude
• Answer incoming calls and assist callers with questions
• Communicate with applicants and employees in English and Spanish
• Help candidates complete applications and employment paperwork
• Enter and maintain information in company systems
• Keep applicant and employee records organized and up to date
• Provide general administrative support to the staffing team
• Help keep the office running smoothly and professionally
• Run background checks

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Friendly and professional personality
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with people in person and over the phone
• Basic computer skills
• Organized and able to multitask
• Reliable and dependable
• Previous office, receptionist, customer service, or staffing experience is a plus
