Now Hiring: Counter Sales / Inside Sales Representative

Location: Longview, TX
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Counter Sales / Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position offers a standard 40-hour work week, with an additional 6-10 hours of overtime typically available each week.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product inquiries and order placement
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service
• Process customer orders accurately using company computer systems
• Pull and fill customer orders in the warehouse
• Maintain organized inventory and work areas
• Work closely with customers and team members to ensure timely order fulfillment

Requirements:

• Basic computer and keyboard skills
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Ability to provide professional customer service
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50-75 pounds as needed
• Previous sales, customer service, warehouse, or counter sales experience is a plus, but not required
