Position Details

Position Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
Location: Bellingham, WA
Day Shift Pay: $19.50/hr
 

What You'll Do

Set up wood skins on tables in preparation for sanding
Adjust sanding tools based on wood type
Identify splice lines and sand seams to remove glue
Inspect panels to ensure seams are smooth and debris-free
Move finished wood panels to designated areas
Verify completed orders against customer order tickets
Change sanding belts and empty collection bags as needed
Maintain product quality standards throughout production
 

What We're Looking For

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and quality standards
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Desire to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment
Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
