We're seeking a detail-oriented Paint Booth Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate has the patience and focus to ensure every part receives a consistent, high-quality powder coat finish.

 

Responsibilities

• Apply powder coat paint to parts, achieving a uniform finish
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Read and understand blueprints while following detailed instructions from the group leader
• Verify proper paint coat thickness and adhesion on each part
• Troubleshoot basic maintenance issues with coating equipment
• Ensure all safety gear and PPE is used properly at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and patience during quality inspection
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
• Understanding of and commitment to company policies and procedures, including safety
