Water Remediation Technician Helper

Job Title: Water Remediation Technician Helper
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Water Remediation Technician Helper to assist with water, mold, and fire damage restoration services. This position involves responding to emergency property damage situations and helping restore residential and commercial properties affected by floods, leaks, mold growth, and fire damage.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing physical labor, working in a fast-paced environment, and being available for on-call emergency response and occasional overtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with water extraction and flood restoration services.
• Remove damaged flooring, drywall, and other building materials.
• Perform demolition work related to water, mold, and fire damage restoration.
• Assist with structural drying using specialized equipment.
• Help secure properties following damage events.
• Support fire and smoke mitigation cleaning services.
• Maintain equipment and keep job sites clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials and equipment.
• Must be available for on-call shifts and occasional overtime.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Experience

• Water, mold, or fire restoration experience.
• Demolition (demo) work experience.
• General construction experience.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
