We are hiring a Technician Support representative for a company in DeSoto, TX. This role provides phone-based support for energy management systems.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide phone support for energy management systems
• Assist electricians with troubleshooting energy management systems by phone
• Learn the systems used at the job location

• Good phone support skills
• Strong work ethic
• Comfortable using a telephone and computer
• Willing to learn new systems
• Comfortable sitting for long periods of time

Dress Code: Casual - jeans and a button-up shirt
