What You'll Do:

1. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including entering invoices and reviewing receivables and costs
2. Prepare freight paperwork such as packing lists and bills of lading
3. Handle occasional phone and customer service duties and write correspondence
4. Support other administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

1. Experience with AP/AR or accounting support
2. Sharp, detail-oriented, and a quick learner
3. Interest in growing into a long-term accounting role

Pay: $25/hr
