Salary: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented Demand Planner to support inventory planning and forecasting efforts. The ideal candidate will analyze demand trends, maintain inventory levels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products are available to meet customer needs. This role is critical in balancing supply and demand while supporting operational efficiency.

Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities 

• Monitor inventory levels and demand forecasts.
• Analyze sales trends and historical data to support planning decisions.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory and planning records.
• Identify potential supply shortages or excess inventory.
• Generate reports and provide recommendations to improve inventory performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain process.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in demand planning, inventory control, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other business systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Pass a background and drug screening
