Job Summary: Are you an organized, people-first college student or graduate looking for a rewarding part-time role that fits around your class schedule? We are partnering with a dynamic local education program to find a friendly and dependable Diagnostic Exam Proctor to help their students succeed. In this hands-on role you will be the calm, trusted presence in the testing room—handing out diagnostic exams, keeping a watchful eye to ensure a fair and honest testing environment, grading completed exams, and inputting scores into Excel with speed and accuracy. With just two days a week, this is the perfect opportunity for a motivated college student who takes pride in staying organized and brings a warm, professional attitude to a busy school setting!

 

Requirements:

• Distribute diagnostic exams to students and administer each testing session in a professional, orderly manner
• Actively monitor the testing room to uphold exam integrity and ensure students do not cheat
• Grade completed exams promptly and accurately once each session concludes
• Enter test scores into Excel quickly and accurately, keeping clean and well-organized records

 

Schedule & Pay:

• Part Time – Two days per week, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• $17.00 per hour

 

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in college or holding a college degree (an Associate's/AA is acceptable)
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, kind, and approachable attitude
• Highly organized and able to input data into Excel at a fast pace with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a school environment and proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
