Great opportunity for someone entry-level and just starting out, or an experienced machinist looking for their next shop in Ennis, TX. You'll work on both manual and CNC equipment, supporting production through machining, tooling, maintenance, and quality checks.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Temp-to-Hire)

What You'll Do:

1. Operate lathes, mills, drill presses, grinders, saws, and other shop equipment (manual and CNC)
2. Set up equipment according to work instructions
3. Produce parts to spec and verify with precision measuring tools
4. Build, repair, and modify tooling
5. Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
6. Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts
7. Keep basic production and maintenance records

What We're Looking For:

1. Entry-level candidates welcome - students and part-time available too
2. SolidWorks or other CAD experience a plus, not required
3. No certifications required
4. Willingness to learn - we're open to teaching the right person

Pay: $20/hr to start
