Event Greeter / Registration Associate

We are seeking energetic, professional, and personable individuals to join our team as Event Greeters/Registration Associates for an exciting event in Napa County.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet attendees with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Check guests into the event quickly and accurately.
• Distribute badges and registration materials.
• Answer attendee questions and provide directions as needed.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive first impression for all guests.
• Assist with event registration and other event support duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Outgoing, bubbly personality with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Comfortable engaging with people and initiating conversations with attendees, guests, and event staff.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Ability to remain friendly, organized, and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to working all scheduled shifts.
• Attendance is critical to the success of this event. Candidates must be available to work the first three days of the assignment, which are mandatory attendance days. This position has a strict no-call-out expectation, and applicants should only apply if they can fully commit to the schedule.
• Flexible and willing to stay beyond scheduled hours if event needs require additional support.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a busy, high-energy environment.

Work Environment

• This position is located within a hotel hosting a large event.
• The environment will be active, crowded, and often noisy with frequent attendee interactions, hotel guests, and event activity throughout the day.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a setting with high foot traffic, multiple conversations, and constant guest engagement.
