Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Mixing & Blending Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for mixing and blending ingredients and testing product on the raw side to ensure the finished product meets set specification standards. Key Responsibilities: The Mixing & Blending Operator will mix and blend ingredients according to established formulas and procedures, test product on the raw side, and make necessary adjustments to ensure the finished product falls within set specification standards. This role requires willingness to cross-train within the Work Area Team (WAT) to support broader production needs. The operator will work closely with other team members and Group Leaders to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues that impact the team, and will collaborate with team members to continuously improve and uphold safety, food safety, and quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications Required Candidates should have basic computer skills, as the role involves data entry and recordkeeping on production systems. Some knowledge of quality control (QC) is helpful but not required. Strong attention to detail is essential given the precision needed to meet product specifications, along with general comfort working with computers.

Experience Required: No prior experience is required — candidates must simply be willing to train. Some background in machine operation, quality control, or food/production environments is a plus..

Physical Requirements: This role involves sitting, bending, standing, and lifting throughout the shift.

Equipment Used: Computers and production/mixing equipment.
