Pay: $15.50/HR then once hired on $17.50/HR
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Note: Shift may end as early as 2:30 PM depending on production workload.

Position Overview

Laundry Facility is seeking detail-oriented Production Associates to join the Clean Side department of our healthcare laundry facility. Employees will process cleaned linens by folding, ironing, inspecting, packaging, and preparing products for delivery to hospitals and healthcare customers.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy repetitive production work and maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Fold and package clean linens
• Operate in ironing and finishing departments
• Inspect products for quality and cleanliness
• Sort and prepare orders for customer delivery
• Shrink wrap, tie, and package items
• Maintain production speed and accuracy
• Keep workstations clean and organized
• Cross-train in multiple clean-side departments

Work Environment

• Warehouse setting
• Non-air-conditioned facility
• Fast-paced production environment
• Standing for most of the workday
• Repetitive hand and arm movements

• Two (2) paid 15-minute breaks per shift
• One unpaid meal period
• Break and lunch schedules are assigned by department supervisors
