Work Schedule

• Monday & Tuesday: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Wednesday: OFF
• Thursday & Friday: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Hotel Maintenance Job Duties

As a Hotel Facility Maintenance Associate, your responsibilities will include:

• Walk the hotel parking lot and building perimeter hourly.
• Inspect exterior areas and identify potential maintenance or safety concerns.
• Pick up trash and debris during routine property rounds.
• Empty trash throughout a four-floor parking garage.
• Change light bulbs as needed.
• Complete minor repairs and basic maintenance tasks.
• Perform general property and building upkeep.
• Maintain clean and safe common areas.
• Help keep the hotel property clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Report larger maintenance or repair concerns when identified.

Facility Maintenance Requirements

• Dependable with reliable attendance.
• Comfortable working independently during evening and overnight shifts.
• Previous maintenance, handyman, janitorial, custodial, or property upkeep experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned maintenance tasks.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and property safety.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to bend and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working both evening and overnight hours.
